This policy explains what TankCleaner collects through this website, why, and how it is handled. It is kept short on purpose: a quote form, an admin area, and honest storage practices are the whole story.
What we collect
The quote form collects your name, phone number, area or locality, tank type, approximate tank capacity, a preferred visit date, and any message you choose to add. That is the complete list — there are no marketing fields, newsletter checkboxes, or hidden trackers on the form.
Basic technical handling is harder to avoid: like almost every website, the hosting that serves these pages keeps routine server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation. Those logs are a hosting fact, not a marketing tool, and they are not used to identify visitors or build profiles.
How your information is used
Quote form submissions are used for one purpose: responding to your request and scheduling the cleaning visit you asked about. Your details are not sold, rented, shared, or added to any marketing list. Phone numbers are used to contact you about your own request — that is the entire use.
The admin area that lets the site owner read submissions uses login sessions with cookies; those cookies exist only to keep an authorised administrator signed in and carry no tracking purpose.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the website's MySQL database on its hosting, protected behind the same authentication that guards the admin area, and visible only to the site's administrators. They are kept while they are needed to handle your request and the reasonable follow-up around it, then deleted as part of routine housekeeping.
No payment details are collected on this website at all: pricing is confirmed with you directly, and any payment for a cleaning visit happens outside the form, between you and the crew.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time — send the request through the quote form with your phone number so we can find the right record, and it will be handled. If you prefer not to use the form, wait for the direct phone and email contact points to be published on this page; they are added only when verified.
This policy itself may be updated as the site grows; the changes will appear here, and material changes will be flagged plainly rather than buried.
